Swimming underwater…

Today, 22 March 2012, is International Water Day.

My mate, Pieter De Kock, and I regularly swim at our local public pool. In fact, we regularly swim underwater at our public pool. So, today we celebrated International Water Day by filming ourselves practicing.

We usually do sets of 25m lengths, with sets of 50m lengths inbetween. Just recently, we’ve been pushing it to 75m’s and the goal is to do 100m’s before the season ends.

Swimming in this fashion has become something I really enjoy and look forward to whenever I’m not in water.

You should try it…
